Collective Intelligence

Today, it is time to look at Collective Intelligence.
Collective Intelligence is the reason why the human race has survived. It has been the one weapon in which humans are superior and other animals are limited by. Humans can form large groups and collective beliefs that can span over continents. Collective Intelligence can be used to develop meaningful tribes through common belief and ritual, giving each tribe member a role, or it can be used as a weapon to banish other tribes by way of propaganda and forming armies. If humans are not careful, collective intelligence can also cause the human race to be self destructive, for example, by adopting common unhealthy lifestyles based on manipulative subliminal advertising convincing people you can't live without products which are unknowingly unhealthy. For good or for bad, collective intelligence is very much at work and it is up to us if we want to form groups with ethical grounds or not! A modern warrior seeks divinity eventually in the context of the current state of affairs and within the acceptance that this world has 7 billion people, not all of whom might be here with a good start towards being divine. So how do we know our place? How do we know we are on the good road in this forest of seduction, collective beliefs and capitalistic marketing?
The ancient warrior knew his/her role in the tribe. They knew their place within the collective and what the bigger picture was. Advertising as it is today would never have survived the way it does now.
These days we normally don't have just one tribe but many tribes: the family, the team at work, social groups, close friends. We have evolved to accommodate multiple group dynamics and therefore have to learn how to manage all this. It's become more complicated than living your purpose within the context of just one tribe. Understanding collective intelligence and group dynamics has become fundamental for effective teams and collaborating together in communities for a common good. Just like with relationships many people have opted out and have decided to go solo in their lives without connection to a person or group. It might not be natural for humans to be anti-social however, with the advent of the Internet becoming part of daily life and the individualistic movement, parts of society condition humans to adopt this unnatural isolation.
In order to re-balance to nature humans need to get out and practice not just alone but in groups. A healthy modern warrior will then form multiple relationships of different kinds with different people. Finding your tribe these days is a complex matter because we have so many influences and biases. One would think that with so much choice of which group to join it should be easier than before. However this land of Opportunity has just made people more fickle and easily dissatisfied when things don't go according to expectations and it is easy to switch groups and move on or simply give up the search for your tribe. And yet forming a tribe is a very simple process which is achievable regardless of ability and intellect. Look at your family for example. We didn't choose our families and yet there is this expectation that a tribe is formed and in that case the tribe found you and you didn't find the tribe. Needless to say, modern families are not always the tribe these days. Without judging whether the legal system is a good thing or a bad thing one thing for sure is that the legal system has tried to impose protection against abuse to family members. There is now the option these days more than ever to opt out of being part of a family tribe. Which leaves a lot of people in the world today looking for surrogate families and new tribes or trying to heal the damaged tribes they were in. Developing collective intelligence involves all the other intelligence forms: body intelligence, emotional intelligence, and, connection intelligence within groups. Therefore, the practices must correspond and to practice collective intelligence essentially involves practicing all intelligence forms and development at all levels.
Essentially this is where all the different forms of intelligence unite to be one integrated intelligence form and there is no distinction between them.
A few words about cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence.
Cultural intelligence: when we add multiple cultures to the new tribes of today, we will need to put in place a paradigm of understanding or different understandings of stakeholders' cultural boundaries. Rather than being exclusive of the cultures, the modern tribe needs to encompass all-inclusive acceptance of all ways of looking at life and the diversity of backgrounds that lie within a group..
Spiritual Intelligence: without obliging a group to a religion, members of the group need to exercise an understanding of their spiritual content. We need to look at ways in which there is a common  language wherein the ego is put to the side and permission is given to all members to express themselves and their worldviews.
Practicing cultural and spiritual intelligence is therefore a question of exercising divinity whilst in the framework of practicing at the collective level. This answers my above question, how do we know we are on a good road? The practice becomes divine by natural evolution when it is deepened and engaged at the individual, relationship and collective levels. Whilst we concretely can exercise divinity in many different ways, we all know on an energetic level that divinity is subtle and a common higher consciousness as a result of the practices made would bring people into a common perspective of divinity.
